I was looking for sm software for keeping track of all the pointers to my memory-modules and lo i got it today from open source community 
Doesn’t matter, u r on which platform, just Download your Freemind and enjoy the brainstorming sessions for ur projects, make ur daily schedules, maintain ur database or store the materials for ur research areas or play with it in whatever way u like….

While going through the News Paper extracts of the day i found today my fav topic for the research, that is about emotional intelligence After all it has become one of the the most important factors for the Scientific Revolutions and Organizational Settings.
Now HR experts say some companies prefer emotional quotient (EQ) over intelligence quotient (IQ) when it comes to risk-taking ability and decisions in a tough market place. Its about “Using your emotions as well as your cognitive abilities to function more effectively vs. Relying solely on your cognitive skills.
Emotional intelligence competencies include but are not limited to
empathy intuition creativity flexibility resilience
coping leadership intrapersonal skills and
interpersonal skills………………. There are many more beyond these!!!
On the other hand, IQ measures just your:
cognitive abilities, the skilled use of reason
mental acuteness, logic, analytical skills
the ability to apply knowledge to manipulate one’s environment
or to think abstractly
In short, its about “Knowing how and why vs. Knowing what“!!!!
