Dad used to say, “Life is a Drama.. Everyone performs his/her Role and Goes off the stage.. Just perform your role that you have got from the Dramatist and leave the rest.. ” as Shakespeare had also elaborated this in his “some” play… And that thing got fixed in my mind at the very early stage of my life..

During my play I met many other players from whom I learnt many things to carry on the play.. Today my friend Debo just gave me some note that she had got from her friend in Hyderabad.. and after reading the content I thought why shouldn’t I share this with the other players to perform well on this life stage?!!

Here is the Content:

  1. Accept: Thankfully

Another milestone!

Posted by emblica on January 31, 2009

Hmm… So, It’s been more than 2 months now of my wedding and Mr. God is helping my life moving smoothly. The best part of the event was the date of marriage.. Yes it was 23rd of Nov; exactly one month before my Bday (i.e. 23rd Dec)… Dec has been my favorite month and now this time, almost 3 months (Nov, Dec, Jan) went in merry making. I met all my relatives and of course added new members too. I got a supportive and quite understanding life partner… who knows very well of my extraordinary nature!! He’s an MCA guy working with Polaris Software Lab as an Application Developer.. Belongs to the City of MSD (i.e. Ranchi)… used to be a Cricket and Football freak.. likes to play Chess and read mystery books.. he’s a good cook too :) … and… a fan of Jagjit Singh-Chitra Singh.. He makes me smile with his humorous talks.. :) I never knew the life would go this way; but this is called life.. it unfolds the mysteries as the time passes by!

ACE Award-Q2 2008

Posted by emblica on August 8, 2008

Intranet says, “Good and appropriate reward & recognition does not happen by accident. It will not have the desired motivational effect and deliver business success, unless it is planned and managed well. The recognition should be event oriented and used for rewarding specific accomplishments, rather than reflecting sustained performance. ACE award was the first step in this direction.”

And Yes…  our Team won that ACE Award for the 2nd Quarter of 2008…  for performing exceptionally well in the BSNL projects. Our Honorable M.D. Mr. Mats Granryd presented the awards in Gurgaon office today… Thanks and Heartiest Congratulations to all of my seniors and colleagues for this special achievement.

After all, Technology is a group activity.

 Again, I was not available there… :(

Paycheck Re-engineered

Posted by emblica on August 4, 2008

I have got a strange habit of doing the work and then forgetting about that. When somebody asks me “how did you do that?”, I wonder I take too much time in recapitulating the whole process again. Actually I tend to delete it all from my memory after the work is over. I prefer to keep that valuable memory space spare for storing only beautiful moments of life…

And I take utmost care that my head circuit doesn’t break because of some unwanted external agent. I keep with me only the least no. of things important for sustaining life.

So, in this way my life account remains full of glorious moments that can be used anytime anywhere on need basis :) .

School Days..

Posted by emblica on June 14, 2008

I woke up at 10:35 when my sister rang me up… was merrily sleeping as it’s raining outside and it’s a holiday today..

Had my breakfast and tea… looking at the window, started to recapitulate those rainy school days… (used to be good excuse for escaping the classes :) )

Then i went more and more into the past… These thoughts came randomly into my mind:

> Feeling proud to see my paintings in the principal’s office.

> Making sketches of Great historic persons and monuments for mom’s school gallery..

> Making huge Taj Mahal sketch for my history project in 7th std (for which I got 40/40)..

> Rememberimg Jyoti Mam (History Teacher) who would be missing me the day i will

be absent in the class.. :)

> Sudha Mam (Chemistry Teacher) and Malviya Sir (Maths Sir) waiting for the one who

comes first for getting the class work checked (me or indrava)..

> Girish Sir (Bio Teacher) predicting abt the future of shinjan (Sr. Engr, in DSP tech.now)

namrata ( Heart Surgeon now) and myself.

> Remembering Prakash Bhaiya (the well known painter of K.V.1 Gaya) for his splendid

   art-work.

> Mandal Sir (Physics Teacher)- appreciating me for my understanding in physics, in

   front of the whole class..

> P.N Ram Sir (Chemistry Teacher) – once said, “Knowledge is nobody’s ancestral

property”… made organic and physical chemistry a real fun..

> Musafir Sir (English Teacher) – once told in general, “Science w/o practical is

nothing”… Taught us humorous ways of remembering difficult spellings.. e.g diarrhoea

can be remembered as d-i-a-r-r–hoea .. hehe.. :)

> B.N. Pathak Sir (Sanskrit Teacher) – proudly gave me 100/100 in 9th std., though after

    that i never studied Sanskrit..

> Liked the diversified K.V. culture where students from diff nook of the country come

   for study..

> Playing for Kho-Kho tournament used to be very exciting those days…

> Remembering P.E.T Sir who would be distributing Glucon-D to all the participants at

    the break :)

> P.K. Sarkar Sir (Art Teacher), who would directly come to the black board and start

drawing without saying anything.. You can’t imagine his imaginary world..!! He is still

among my Fav. Teachers.. It was really very exciting and worth praising, catching his

perceptions on the board and we’ll all try to copy his piece of art on the paper.

> Shakti Mam (Rhyme teacher)- singing and playing with us.. (that was in std 1-2.)

> Annual Sports meet – holding 3-4 cups in my hand, going home proudly!..  some

foreigner snapped me on the way once.. hehe :)

> Playing in the physics lab with potentiometer, magnetometer and spherometer; screw

gauge and vernier callipers.. was also a kind of fun..

> Making Tea, coffee and sharbat in the chemistry lab.. who’s gonna forget abt those

    days..

> Playing LUDO and Carom with Mom and Sis in the summer afternoons .. was soo cool..

> Going on tour with family and dad’s colleagues.. playing Antyakshari in the train,

sharing the edibles, pulling legs of one another.. hehe :)

> Jumping from the balcony grills.. Climbing the Guava tree…coming home with

bleeding knees… and then applying dettol and handiplast on the injuries… was a real

fun for me :) and then stitching my shoes lest mom will scold for tearing the new pair..

> Watching army officers playing golf on the way to school… liked the greenery of those Golf courses very much …our school was in ASC (Army Services Corps) Center near the airport..

> On the annual day, getting awards for the “Winning House Team” and other cultural activities from the Brigadier Ma’m was really rejuvenating.. :)

Sigh……these are some of the greatest moments of my life :)

Someone lost

Posted by emblica on February 17, 2008

I was on 5th Floor of the building… I had to come down on the ground floor.. I went inside the lift and pressed ‘0’ button…going down… the lift stopped and I came out with my lapy… in front of me there was an exit door… someone was coming inside the corridor.. so I just gave her the way without looking up… I moved left… she also moved left.. then right , she also moved right… then I realized aila, it’s me!!!!!!! And it was a huge plain mirror and it was 3rd floor.. somebody had stopped the lift on that floor…. 3-4 people were going inside the lift laughing at me… I also laughed loudly just to handle that embarrassing moment…

On the way, I was thinking, am I too lost into my soul-rectification that I could not recognize the cover of that soul???
